Welcome to my Math page!
I have a Masters in Mathematics. What I have for the Powerlifters is an easy kilo-to-pounds method.
Just multiply kilos by 2 then add 10% of the total to the total. Example:
60 kg = (2 x 60 = 120) + (10% of 120 = 12) = 132 lb.
The best way is to carry a calculator and remember
1 kg ~ 2.2046 lb. So 132/2.2046 ~ 59.87 kg ~ 60 kg.
